preconference ticketed session with Janet Vernon designed
for Administrators and Teacher Leaders. This session
will take place from 10:00 - 12:00 on Thursday morning and
includes lunch and two hours of interaction with Janet as
she presents her session:
DRIVING THE BUS
True instructional leadership begins with middle level
leaders equipped to move the school forward. The
success of students depends heavily on leaders who can drive
students and staff members in the right direction and assist
them in focusing on the importance of targeted and
prescriptive teaching and learning. Administrators and
Leaders attending this session will leave with ideas to take
back to their buildings and implement in the fall.
